Our primary feature is AI-powered Progress Notes, which assist medical professionals in generating accurate and efficient clinical documentation. Other features include tools for patient appointment scheduling, a user-friendly patient interface, and a comprehensive clinic owner dashboard.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
- Account Creation: When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information.
- Account Access: Access to your account is secured through a one-time code sent via SMS or email.
- Passkeys for 2FA: Clinify supports passkeys for two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activities that occur under it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.
4. Responsible Use of Service
- Appropriate Usage: You agree to use Clinify's services only for legitimate medical and professional purposes.
- Prohibited Conduct: Misuse of our services for disruptive activities, spamming, unauthorized data extraction, or malicious actions is strictly prohibited.
5. Data Integrity and Privacy
- Data Collection: We collect and process personal and sensitive health information only as necessary to provide our services. By using Clinify, you consent to this collection and processing.
- AI-Generated Notes: Clinify's AI Progress Notes feature utilizes encrypted, temporary data processing to ensure accuracy and security. Notes are stored only until the user finalizes them, after which they are permanently deleted.
- Consent for Data Use: Users of Clinify (e.g., medical professionals) are responsible for obtaining informed consent from their patients to use the platform's features and services that involve the handling of health information.
- Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your data with advanced encryption and secure storage practices. Refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
6. Service Integrity
- System Security: Any attempts to interfere with the operation of our service, including overloading our system or attempting unauthorized access, are prohibited.
- Service Reliability: Clinify strives to maintain high service availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may affect service availability.
7. AI Service Disclaimer
- Accuracy of AI-Generated Notes: While our AI is designed to assist medical professionals in creating accurate progress notes, users are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of the notes.
- Professional Oversight: AI-generated notes are not a substitute for professional medical judgment or decision-making.
8. Modifications to the Service
Clinify reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service, or any part thereof, without prior notice. However, users will be informed of significant changes, such as the removal of core features or substantial alterations to service functionality, to ensure transparency.
