Two updates to how notes work in Clinify.

Configurable Data Retention

Clinics can now set their own data retention period for clinical notes — anywhere from 3 to 180 days (default: 3 days). You can change this in your clinic settings. After the configured period, notes are automatically redacted from our servers.

Make sure to save or export your notes before the retention period expires — redacted notes cannot be recovered.

Date Range Picker

You can now filter notes by date using a date range picker. Select a start and end date to narrow down which notes are displayed.

Updated Policies

We've updated our Privacy Policy and AI Privacy Page to reflect these changes.
