How it works

Powered by our reliable scheduling infrastructure, patient recalls are now a breeze. Just turn this feature on and forget it! Every day, we wait until your preferred sending time, and then intelligently generate customized messages tailored to the specific recall reasons noted in your PMS, ensuring privacy and personalization.

Kicking off with SMS and planning to broaden to email, we're refining the way patients are reminded of their crucial follow-up visits.

Here's a breakdown of how it works:

1. Daily List Generation: Every day, the system automatically generates a list of recalls that are due on that day, based on the current date.

2. SMS Reminders: Using this list, the system then sends out SMS reminders to the respective patients to remind them of their recall appointments.

3. Customization of Sending Time: By default, these reminders are sent out at a pre-set time. However, clinics have the option to customize when the reminders are sent out.

4. Lead Time Adjustment: Clinics can also adjust the "lead time," which allows for the processing of recalls that are either in the past or in the future, relative to the current date. This "delta" or lead time is essentially the time difference you choose to allow for sending reminders for recalls not exactly due on the current date.
